Coming from a Law and Sociology background Steph actually gravitated towards the health industry after graduation from Exeter University. After a couple of years as a personal trainer and fitness instructor she researched different schools of massage and finally enrolled with The Northern Institute of Massage, based in Bury Greater Manchester. Her study of remedial massage also led her to study and qualify in pregnancy and baby massage in 2007.
Steph has lived and worked as a Remedial/Deep Tissue Massage Therapist in South West London for the last five years working closely with local Physiotherapists and Chiropractors as well as other complimentary health practitioners. She also practices Pregnancy Massage and teaches Baby Massage in the Teddington area.
